Вплив цифровізації на інноваційне середовище суспільства

Анотація

Доведено, що впродовж останніх кількох десятиліть національні та міжнародні ініціативи багатьох країн були спрямовані на розвиток інформаційного суспільства та створення ІТ-інфраструктури, що забезпечує громадянам, підприємствам та органам державного управління доступ до ІТ та інформаційних ресурсів. Висвітлено, що нині ІТ суспільство через мережу «Інтернет» об’єднане в одне ціле, як єдина інформаційна система. Завдяки цьому з’являються нові ресурси для створення інновацій, використання яких має стати основою розвитку цифрової вітчизняної економіки. Наголошено про необхідність формування інноваційного середовища цифрової економіки, аби забезпечити доступ до широкого кола суб’єктів господарювання для досягнень цифровізації суспільства. Проведено авторське дослідження, що виявило актуальність сучасної цифровізації з її послідовним розвитком окремих етапів використання ІТ в економіці за процесами автоматизації та інформатизації. Відмінною особливістю цифровізації, як етапу, є можливість задіяти значну частину ІТ-інфраструктури та інформаційні ресурси. Охарактеризовано новий етап у застосуванні ІТ, що відкрив нові можливості задіяти у своїй інноваційній діяльності сукупність ІТ, накопичених суспільством.
