Щодо економічної безпеки аграрного підприємства в умовах військового стану

Анотація

Розкрито та уточнено сутність поняття «економічна безпека функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств». Пропонуються методичні підходи до визначення базового рівня економічної безпеки функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств. Досліджується вплив військових конфліктів на економічну стійкість аграрних підприємств. Визначаються основні виклики, з якими стикаються аграрні підприємства в умовах військових дій. Розробляються стратегії та заходи для забезпечення ефективного функціонування підприємств у період військового стану. Звертається увага на ключові аспекти економічної безпеки, такі як управління ризиками, резервування ресурсів і адаптація бізнес-моделей під впливом воєнних умов. Детальний аналіз стратегій забезпечує розуміння того, як аграрні підприємства можуть ефективно захищати свою економічну безпеку й зберігати стабільність у період військових загроз. Економічна безпека функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств – це стан підприємства, що характеризує його здатність бути ефективним, попри внутрішні та зовнішні загрози. Базовий рівень економічної безпеки функціонування сільськогосподарських підприємств визначається на основі оцінки таких показників, як фінансова стійкість, виробнича потужність, конкурентоспроможність, екологічна безпека. Військові конфлікти створюють значні загрози економічній безпеці аграрних підприємств. До основних викликів можна віднести: порушення виробничих процесів; зменшення доступу до ресурсів; підвищення рівня ризиків. Для забезпечення ефективного функціонування аграрних підприємств у період військового стану необхідно розробити й впровадити комплекс заходів, таких як: управління ризиками; резервування ресурсів; адаптація бізнесмоделей. Управління ризиками передбачає розробку і впровадження заходів, спрямованих на зменшення ймовірності та наслідків негативних подій. Резервування ресурсів передбачає створення запасів ресурсів, необхідних для забезпечення безперебійного функціонування підприємства. Адаптація бізнесмоделей передбачає зміну організаційної структури, технологій, виробничих процесів тощо з урахуванням умов воєнного часу. Запропоновані стратегії й заходи за умови реалізації забезпечать підвищення економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств і сприятимуть їхньому стійкому функціонуванню у період військових загроз
