Перспективи розвитку малого підприємництва в сільському господарстві

Анотація

Мале підприємництво характеризується гнучким механізмом адаптації до мінливих умов ринкового середовища в економіці, а також неекономічних факторів впливу тощо. В умовах України до останніх можна віднести перманентну воєнну загрозу рф, що змінює умови функціонування суб’єктів малого підприємництва в сільському господарстві, так як від нього залежить задоволення первинних потреб населення в продовольстві, прикладанні робочої сили в сільській місцевості. Предмет дослідження охоплює теоретикопрактичні засади розвитку суб’єктів малого підприємництва в аграрному секторі економіки. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування напрямів перспективного розвитку суб’єктів малого підприємництва в сільському господарстві на основі аналізу показників їх господарської діяльності протягом останніх років. Методи проведення дослідження: абстрактно-логічний; монографічний; статистикоекономічний, системний підхід тощо. У статті узагальнено сутність і визначено всіх суб’єктів малого підприємництва в сільському господарстві на основі організаційно-правових і соціально-економічних засад їх розвитку; обґрунтовано перспективні напрями виробництва менш капіталомістких і більш трудомістких видів агропродукції суб’єктами малого підприємництва, враховуючи їх поточний економічний стан; визначено напрями підтримки розвитку малого агропідприємництва в сільських громадах і трансформації частини сільських домогосподарств у фермерські та інші види суб’єктів малого підприємництва, завдяки організаційній і фінансовоматеріальній підтримці на рівні територіальних громад. Зроблено висновок, що організаційна й фінансово-матеріальна підтримка розвитку суб’єктів малого агропідприємництва забезпечить зменшення безробіття, збільшення обсягів доданої вартості, продуктивності праці, трудових доходів в аграрному секторі економіки, сприятиме розвитку сільських територій і громад. Галузь застосування результатів: формування аграрної і регіональної політики розвитку економіки й територіальних громад, процес розробки проєктів державних і місцевих програм розвитку аграрного сектору економіки та сільських територій
