Imperatives of forming and progress of the economy of aquaculture trend in Germany

Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of forming an economic mechanism for the development of aquaculture in Germany and outlines possible ways of its applicatioUkraine. aine.A note is paid to the economic data of edible mussel production. The emphasis was placed on the possibilities of distinguishing progressive modernization tools of the existing system of data collection, transmission, and distribution. A conclusion about the importance of increasing the volume of production and sales of niche crops was made. Directions of improvement measures for the effective operation of the organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of aquaculture to overcome stagnation in providing domestic fish originating from aquaculture in sufficient quantities and at an affordable price to the consumer are grounded. Proposed to create and implement the practical operation of the special fund to support fisheries and aquaculture. Among the measures is the economic development of aquaculture in Ukraine based on the experience we have German singled out review developments and legislative frameworks favorable to investment in the attractiveness of the industry and its modernization, development of aquaculture; improvement of financial and credit provision of aquaculture; implementation of measures for the proper functioning of complexes for fish reproduction; ensuring that genetic research and expertise in fisheries and aquaculture, equipment and supplies, and joint business of commercial cultivation in the Ukrainian water bodies and in recirculation aquaculture systems are commercially attractive species of fish, shellfish, and algae
